Diagnostics to improve link quality and performance.
Use the RTL-SDR radio, with MATLAB® and Simulink®, as a data source for downstream spectrum analysis. You can change the radio's center frequency to tune the radio to a band where a signal is present. You can then use the spectrum analyzer to view and make measurements on the received spectrum.
Measure and calibrate for the frequency offset between a transmitter and a receiver at the receiver using MATLAB® and Communications Toolbox™. You can either use captured signals or receive signals in real time using theCommunications Toolbox Support Package for RTL-SDR Radio. The receiver monitors the received signal, calculates the frequency offset between the transmitter and the receiver and displays it in the MATLAB® command window.
