The easiest way to find out ifMATLAB®Grader™has already been integrated with your LMS is to add a coding problem to your course. See the next section for instructions.

If you have difficulty finding theMATLAB Graderintegration, or it is clear thatMATLAB Graderhas not been integrated yet, contact one of the resources inGetting Help.

Instructors: AddMATLABGraderCoding Problem to Course

If an LMS administrator has already performedMATLAB Grader集成Moodle™,你可以添加编码problems to your course.

  1. In Moodle, go to the course where you want to add aMATLAB Gradercoding problem.

  2. Turn editing on.

  3. SelectAdd an Activity or Resource.

    Browse ACTIVITIES for "MATLAB Grader."

    • If you find theMATLAB Graderintegration in the activity list, select it and clickAdd.

    • If you do not see theMATLAB Graderintegration in the list:

      1. SelectExternal Tooland clickAdd.

      2. UnderPreconfigured tool, find and select theMATLAB Graderintegration.

  4. Fill out activity name and any other desired settings.

  5. ClickSave and display.

    Moodle launches theMATLAB Graderinterface for copying and creating content.

    You can create a new problem or select a problem from your available collections or courses. To access yourMATLAB Gradercontent, seeLink MathWorks Account to MATLAB Grader Coding Problems.

LMS Administrators: AddMATLABGradertoMoodleExternal Tools

To addMATLAB Graderto Moodle External Tools:

  1. GetLearning Tools Interoperability (LTI) credentials.

    1. InMATLAB Grader, using the top navigation, go toLMS Integration.

    2. SelectMoodlefrom the drop-down list.

    3. ClickGenerate Key and Secret. Copy these values and the Launch URL.

  2. Sign into Moodle.

  3. Navigate toSite administration>Plugins>Activity modules>External tool>Manage tools.

  4. InManage tools, click "configure a tool manually."

    • ForTool Name,我们建议您名字应用MATLAB年级”r” for easier discoverability by instructors at your institution who will be addingMATLAB Gradercoding problems to a course in Moodle.

    • ForTool URLenter the Launch URL obtained in the first step.

    • ForConsumer Key, enter theMATLAB GraderKey that you generated in the first step.

    • ForShared Secret, enter theMATLAB GraderSecret that you generated in the first step.

    • SetTool configuration usageto "Show in activity chooser and as a preconfigured tool."

    • UnderPrivacy, set bothShare launcher's name with toolandShare launcher's email with toolto "Never." SetAccept grades from the toolto “Always.”

    When you have completed filling out the required information, clickSave changes.
