Beamformersenhance detection of signals by coherently summing signals across elements of arrays. Conventional beamformers have fixed weights while adaptive beamformers have weights that respond to the environment. Use adaptive beamformers to reject spurious or interfering signals from non-target directions. The toolbox supports narrowband and wideband beamformers.
