How can I run all tests for one specific subsystem without compiling the root level model?

I have configured and run Simulink Model Advisor Checks over MATLAB script. Some check need the compiled mode of the model which creates an error, because model compilation failed.
Is it possible to run Model Advisor Checks "ModelAdvisor.run(...)" only for a specific subsystem in a Simulik model?

A Model Advisor Check can not run on a specific subsystem of a Simulink model. The whole model must be compilable.
A workaround could be to copy / paste the subsystem into new blank Simulink model and run the Model Advisor Checks again.
