Can you mention the output of version command? Also share the complete output, if there is anything other that what you have mentioned in the question.
IQFEED -- iqf function not working

I've just installed Datafeed Toolbox, I got the user and password for IQFEED, but I get the following:
c = iqf(user,pswd) --> Undefined function 'iqf' for input arguments of type 'char'
Can anybody help?
